What is the purpose of the Building Registry?

The Building Registry is a web interface designed to track building data as it is submitted for standardization in the RPSDW and to facilitate the development and sustainment of spatial data in a quality-controlled environment. Every building and corresponding space that DND owns or leases requires a set of General Floor Plans (GFP); each representing existing spatial asset conditions for a single structural level. The building registry creates and maintains an accurate inventory of real property holdings, building systems, and master data.
