AutoCAD Raster Design

AutoCAD Raster Design provides a toolset for editing scanned drawings. It includes functions to convert raster images to DWG™ objects. AutoCAD Raster Design can incorporate raster images such as .jpegs and .tif files into drawings and edit images, lines, arcs, and circles. It can convert these items into AutoCAD entities for editing with normal AutoCAD commands. To present these edits in a PDF, the AutoCAD entities can be converted back into their pixelated forms to match the rest of the image.

This software is available through national licencing (RFC 48517).
