To expedite access to reports for decision support and to optimize space allocation, ARCHIBUS Space Inventory provides an integrated web solution for viewing and managing different types of space. No. DND is using the browser-based WebCentral product.
Yes. ARCHIBUS uses a concurrent licensing model (when you log in, you occupy a licence, which becomes available for another user after you log out). Please log out of your software if you are not using it. You will get logged out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Licences are shared nationally. Specific licence counts are not designated by region.

No. Load your CAD drawings into the building registry and they will show up in ARCHIBUS after they pass QA. You cannot bypass the registry and load drawings into ARCHIBUS.
